Prepare the visit
Choose the property, the client for this visit and one of ten templates. Work through the suggested areas or add your own. Changes to an individual inspection do not alter the original template.
Record what you see
Add conditions, observations and issues. Include photographs, annotate details and record inventory, readings and keys. Annotated versions are saved separately, keeping the original photographs intact.
Review and issue the report
Check the PDF preview, record any relevant signatures and issue a locked version. If a correction is needed, create a revision while retaining the earlier version.

Clients, properties, areas, photos and observations stay connected. Search by title, property, client or visit type, and filter drafts, issued reports and archived records.
Photographs with context
Add titles, notes, arrows, shapes or text to highlight a detail. Crop and rotate a derived version, arrange photographs by area and return to the preserved original when needed.
Follow up between visits
Create a checkout or follow-up from an issued inspection. Manually pair earlier and current photographs, compare them side by side or with a slider, and describe the changes you observe.
Local work and encrypted backups
The app does not request Internet permission or require a proprietary account to manage inspections. Password-protected encrypted backups let you transfer and keep your records outside the phone.

Version 1.0.0 (2) is an evaluation candidate, not an approved production release. The Google Play listing, price and commercial terms are still awaiting confirmation.
Does an inspection need Internet access?
No. The audited app does not request Internet permission and stores information on the device. The camera, file picker and apps used to share reports are external services: remote files or cloud destinations are subject to their own conditions.
Are reports guaranteed to be legally valid?
No such guarantee is made. A drawn signature is not a qualified electronic signature, and dates come from the device. ActaFoto Pro organises a descriptive record; a report’s value depends on its content, context and use.
