Is ActaFoto Pro available to buy?
Version 1.0.0 (2) is an evaluation candidate, not an approved production release. The Google Play listing, price and commercial terms are still awaiting confirmation.
Does an inspection need Internet access?
No. The audited app does not request Internet permission and stores information on the device. The camera, file picker and apps used to share reports are external services: remote files or cloud destinations are subject to their own conditions.
Are reports guaranteed to be legally valid?
No such guarantee is made. A drawn signature is not a qualified electronic signature, and dates come from the device. ActaFoto Pro organises a descriptive record; a report’s value depends on its content, context and use.
Does it detect damage or read meters with AI?
No. Observations, readings and comparisons are entered or carried out manually. This version does not include AI, OCR or automatic damage detection.
Can several phones work together?
There is no synchronisation or simultaneous collaboration. You can transfer information through compatible backups and exports. Conflicting changes to the same record are not automatically resolved.
Does it connect to Airbnb, Booking or accounting software?
There are no integrations with booking platforms, accounting tools or rental management systems. The current product documents inspections and creates reports from the information you enter.
What if I lose my phone or backup password?
You need a backup stored outside the phone to recover your records. Encrypted backups require their password, which must be at least twelve characters long. The developer cannot recover a lost backup password.
Which languages are available?
The interface is available in Spanish and English. Changing the interface language does not automatically translate names, observations or other text you have entered into records.
