One record for each inspection
Clients, properties, areas, photos and observations stay connected. Search by title, property, client or visit type, and filter drafts, issued reports and archived records.
Photographs with context
Add titles, notes, arrows, shapes or text to highlight a detail. Crop and rotate a derived version, arrange photographs by area and return to the preserved original when needed.
Follow up between visits
Create a checkout or follow-up from an issued inspection. Manually pair earlier and current photographs, compare them side by side or with a slider, and describe the changes you observe.
Local work and encrypted backups
The app does not request Internet permission or require a proprietary account to manage inspections. Password-protected encrypted backups let you transfer and keep your records outside the phone.
