Purpose

ActaFoto Pro lets you organise inspections and document observations through areas, notes, photos, inventory, readings and drawn signatures, and prepare reports.

The app does not automatically detect damage, assign responsibility, determine legal obligations or replace a technical inspection or expert report. It does not integrate with rental platforms or manage bookings or payments.

Responsibility for content

Review names, addresses, readings, photos and observations before issuing a report. Ensure you have permission or a valid basis to process information and share it with recipients.

Annotations and comparisons are documentation tools. A photo does not let the app determine the cause, age or responsible party for damage. Preserving an original does not guarantee that the scene or its context is authentic.

Signatures, dates and integrity

Collected signatures are drawn marks accompanied by entered information. They are not offered as qualified electronic signatures or certified verification of the signatory’s identity.

Dates may rely on the device clock. Integrity checks or file fingerprints do not independently certify identity, creation time or the truth of the content.

A report can help organise and communicate documentation. Its assessment in an agreement or proceeding depends on the context and applicable law. Admissibility, a legal outcome or deposit recovery is not guaranteed.

Issuing reports, revisions and backups

Issuing locks the report within the app’s workflow and corrections are managed through revisions. This does not make the PDF unalterable by external tools.

Keep backups of records you need. An .afbackup file requires its password, which the developer cannot recover. Archiving retains information. Deleting the app or clearing storage may remove the only local copy.

Requirements and external services

The reviewed build requires Android 8 or later. Core work is local; saving to cloud storage, using the system camera or sharing uses services you choose. Their terms and any charges are separate.

Before sharing a ZIP, review the original photos and their metadata. Exporting a PDF or ZIP does not encrypt it.

Licences and rights

The final licence and commercial conditions will be identified before a commercial offer is distributed. This draft does not attribute unverified rights or confirm a payment model.
